Gottlieb’s “Bank Shot” rare add a ball version of the
super popular “Sure Shot” as it only was made for New York and
Wisconsin the two states that outlawed winning free games. Gottlieb
only made 730 “Bank Shot’s” and made 3700 “Sure Shot’s”. Freshly
restored late November 2019 and ready for your game room. This is
the first Bank Shot we have in stock since 2010!
Interest in vintage pinball is at an all time high. Ten new
pinball manufacturers have sprung up in this decade. The average
price of a brand new pinball machine is over $6000 with “limited
edition” models running well over $20,000. That makes owning a
vintage pinball machine seem reasonable. Pinrescue is having a hard
time keeping up with the demand for these restored machines.
Our most popular bestselling vintage pinball machines are
"Western" themed then "Pool" themed with Bank Shot you get both in
one game! Some of the greatest Gottlieb machines were single
player billiard themed machines like 1950 Bank a Ball, 1952 Skill
Pool, 1958 Roto Pool, 1962 Rack a Ball, 1965 Bank a Ball ( so
good they did a remake 15 years later) 1969 Target Pool 1973 Pro
Pool culminating in this 1976 Bank Shot . It was the last of its
kind never to be the same after 1977 when pinball went digital
and the sounds and feel of pinball changed forever. During 1976 you
might have played "Bank Shot" while waiting to see the big hit for
1976 Logan's Run at your local theater. Playing this Bank Shot is
like taking a trip back in time. Bank Shot we have for sale now was
just restored end of November 2019)
