1970 Gottlieb's "Flip a Card" Right on,
way cool card themed pinball machine from Gottlieb. Collectable
vintage pinball machine showing hippie college girls relaxing in the
dorm. Pictures of lots of early 1970's dorm room memories like a
dial phone, manual typewriter, acoustic guitar and love posters on
the wall. Completely restored October 2015 with fresh cabinet
paint, new legs, new playfield glass, new posts, new bulls eye
targets, new rubber, new lamps, new pop bumpers, new flippers, new
coin door, new coin entries, new locks, new levelers and new
hardware. Does it cost us more to do it right of course it does.
Great spinning card feature that flashes the card wheel on
the playfield to light up the playing cards in the back box. Sister
machine to the super popular 1969 Spin a Card and 1971 Drop a Card
"Flip a Card" always seems to be the hardest of the 3 “A Card” series
to find in good restorable condition. Many of these classic pinball
machines were played down to the bare wood earning your dimes. In 1970
when this very nice Flip a Card was brand new you might have been
listening to "Spirit in the Sky" by Norman Greenbaum which made it
into the top ten that year.

This nice 45 year old Flip a Card is freshly rebuilt (October
2015) and plays like a dream come true. Pinrescue installed lots of
new parts and took our time tuning it to play like new. It has a
beautiful restored to original cabinet with all new chrome very nice
original art glass and playfield just the way we like to find them
before doing our 40+ hour overhaul.
Pinrescue has safely shipped to nearly every state (inside
